Express Delivery
Where available, the Express service will ensure you receive the goods between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 5pm Saturday, providing you place the order before 2pm. Orders will be received within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next available working day. 

Standard Delivery
Tracking is available on Standard UK and international orders and a signature may be required on receipt. If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 21 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us, at which point we will be able to resolve your issue for you. Please email info@styleandsuit.com with your order number and delivery details to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made you can return the item or items to us within 21 days from receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Please complete the returns form that is enclosed with your order, including whether you would like either a refund or exchange. 

We will offer a full refund upon receipt. We can only offer a refund on postage costs if you received a faulty or wrong item.

To return or receive a refund, please follow the steps below:

• Select the reason code relevant to the item being returned – a list of reason codes can be found on your returns note.
• Enclose the slip in the parcel with your items, ensuring that the items are wrapped and the parcel sealed.

• Wrap the item or items adequately and make sure they are sealed
• Ensure that the correct Returns address is clearly marked on the package
